Greens + Healthy Fats

Tahini is something I keep on hand in my kitchen. It packed full of unsaturated fats aiding in lowering cholesterol, and regulating blood pressure. It's also said that it may reduce your chances of different types of cancer. The sesame seed paste also has iron, zinc, and niacin in it as well. All of which aid in keeping the body healthy from injury, fatigue, and maintaining healthy energy levels.  Tahini is great way for vegetarians to get these essential vitamins and minerals. It's also delicious!
