Take just a moment to find a comfortable cross legged seated position. Let your spine lengthen as your crown reaches to the sky, creating space in your belly where you begin to invite your breath. Journey inward as you inhale deeply in through the nose and as you slowly exhale envision all that does not serve you leaving your body and mind. You begin to enter a sacred space known as the present moment, the only place where life truly exists.
